Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :
1.) Take complete control of the Residential Construction Site.
2.) Preplan the daily work, labours and materials required in the site.
3.) Manage and Supervise labours for a perfect and smooth construction.
4.) Instruct and guide the sub-contractors to give exact and quality output.
5.) Report daily progress to Project Manager and Zonal Head
6.) Maintain and update attendance details of labours and contractors in APP
7.) Communicate and handle customers professionally.
8.) Responsible for the safety of materials at site.
9.) Conduct quality checks from time to time.
10.) Meeting the deadline of projects, being responsible for any delays or mistakes at site.
