KIMS Hospitals is hiring for Housekeeping Supervisor for Secunderabad Unit
Position : Supervisor
Department : Housekeeping
Qualification : Any Graduate or Postgraduate
Work Location : Secunderabad Unit
Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining the standars in rooms with out fail,making laundry bills and minibar bills, maintaining the registers like keys handling,attendence etc,,handling over the soiled Lenin to the laundry and requistioning of fresh room and washroom Lenin,reports on maintenance works on floors.coordinate with Room service department to takeout the food cleaarence from the rooms,coordinate with the front office manager for any upcoming group arrivals or any,giving the first priority for the any VIP guest rooms,preparing the housekeeping status reports.
Maintain all the records, responsible for clear and effective communication between Housekeeping and other departments, inspect and observing the rooms and property on dailybasis.preparing daily and monthly cleaning operation schedules, approach all encounters with staff and guests in a friendly manner, maintaining the regular attendence, responsible view for usage of chemical on daily basis.assit Executive housekeeper for monthly Inventories and cost controlling, responsible for department training,motivating the staff to maintain the company standards of every Operation in Housekeeping department.keep and maintaining the machinery equipment well .responsible for Lenin parstock record maintaining for monthly wise.Assit to Execute Housekeeper for managing the company staff goals and dreams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Maintaining the department operations, monitoring the staff(Housemens and Chambarmaids)to clean the guest rooms and public areas neatly,issuing the floor master cards to staff, preparing the Housekeeping reports like occupancy,mattress turning down reports,and inventories,checking the Vacant rooms,occupied rooms, Scanty baggage rooms on daily basis.to be maintain the extra cleaning schedule on daily basis in each shift.
