Job Description

Role Designation- Technology Lead

Responsibilities- " Understand Architecture Requirements and ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities., Good understanding of the technology and domain., Ability to lead a team towards a desired goal., Ensure continual knowledge management., Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes

Technical and Professional Requirements- i.Definition of Services , To provide SAP TM Technical (with ABAP) services for implementation, upgrade & support project , , ii.Skillset required, Candidate must have hands- on experience on SAP TM and should be proficient in developing or modifying code in SAP TM or SAP EM. , Candidate should have very good understanding of OOPS concept and should have worked on BOPF structures, PPF, FPM, Enhancement exits, interface through PI Web services, ABAP Webdynpro developments for NWBC, development of smartforms using Adobe, etc. , Any prior experience working with SAP CD (customer specific developments) would be an advantage., iii.Scope of Services, , Troubleshoot and resolve the issues within committed time frame., Create & modify technical specifications for developments in scope of project, Development of new code as per requirements of the project, Modify existing code as per requirements of the project, , Work on code fixes, bug fixes, defects across multiple phases of project, , Coordinate and work with onsite & offshore functional & technical folks , , Help for any code review and quality of solution requirements, , Ensure all changes made are tracked properly via Release management or transport trackers along with proper sequencing and dependencies specified, Provide technical support required during all phases of implementation, upgrade, rollout, steady state support project., Work with Release manager to track and manage transport movements from Dev to Production system, In case of std SAP defects, create OSS messages and interact with Basis, SAP and functional team to take issues to resolution, , Mentor & train offshore resources if required to ensure smooth delivery of project, , Ensure that all assigned deliverables are completed and transitioned, handed over before moving out of the project, Attend knowledge transition sessions to take over system knowledge from incumbent vendor., , Work in Global delivery model coordinating with Offshore teams for communicating requirements, training, developments, release management etc., Qualifications:, Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. , At least 5- 10 years of relevant experience. , Location of Posting will be based on Business requirements.
