Hi All,
We are hiring for the role of Senior Executive - Trainer with Creative Writing Skills for Bangalore (deputed at client office) location
PFB the Job Description:
- Ability to create offline content - project dashboards, presentations,newsletters, standard documents etc.
- Delivery of training to new hires and operations teams
- Feedback & Coaching to operators
- Audit / Grade transactions for agents on the floor on a prescribed sheet defined by the client or Training team
- Give documented feedback as per the gaps identified in knowledge, performance and audit findings.
- Attend Weekly calibration calls with the client/internal to be attended as per calibration roster
- Conduct training sessions as per requirement under specified timelines.
- Complete his/her certification process.
- Performance Assessment of trainees
- Database management, daily reports, and analysis
- Ensure that all new employees go through the defined new learning path for their respective roles in the account
- Provide refresher and remedial training for existing employees
- Ensure all regulatory requirements are complied with from time to time
- Take ownership for improvement in operator performance
- Analyze training needs for employees working for the account.
- Responsible for adhering to training standardization guidelines defined by the BU Training Function
- Responsible to work with ops to bridge gaps during training.
- Proactively take initiatives to improve / enhance training delivery and customer satisfaction
- Create/update training content as required from time to time
- Upskilling and Self Development
- Participate and contribute towards Wipro training team's central initiatives
- Be in production when not in batch training as per agreed guidelines
Candidate Specification:
- Creative Skills need to be excellent
- Must have very good written communication skills
- Openness to work in shifts
