Roles and Responsibilities
The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (BB) would be responsible for driving the Continuous Improvement & Process Transformation agenda for a set of functions within the organization through usage of Lean, Six Sigma and other methodologies, sharing of best practices, driving the LSS (Lean Six Sigma) DNA and process excellence practices, facilitating training etc.
Need people with Lean six sigma project experience in F&A, R2R, P2P, O2C Domain.
Black belt certification is a must.
Responsibilities
- Driving Continuous Improvement & Process Transformation projects through usage of Lean, Six Sigma and other methodologies
- Drive change management within Genpact operations teams and client stakeholders
- Design and deliver on value generating roadmaps and projects as part of corporate quality
- Mentor Green Belt projects on Lean Six Sigma and end-to-end thinking to deliver long term benefits
- Drive the Continuous Improvement culture within the company
- Harness a combination of smart processes, analytics and technology to design and deliver on business outcomes
- Partner with multi-function teams to constantly enrich the engagement
- Create commitment across all involved teams and facilitate buy-in from key stakeholders
- Lead and ensure an effective communication and governance rhythm on our key projects
- Be flexible in terms of work hours, travel and possible assignments at another Genpact or Client location.
