JOB SPECIFICATION:
Job Roles & Responsibilities
Data uploading from Client Portal to inhouse Portal and creation of Unique ID
Calling Customer and Booking Appointment for client visit/any other requirement
Following up with location SPOC to ensure smooth Customer Experience
Close looping back with Customer post completion of tests
Maintaining data in excel/web application as per Client Requirement
Ensuring Client requirements are met
Should be flexible to work in shifts
Should have strong communication and typing skills
Ensuring business KPIs are being met
Maintaining Quality standards as per agreed protocols
