JD:
5-6 yrs experience in Advanced functional and technical understanding of the ServiceNow Security suite
Experience in ServiceNow Security Incident and Vulnerability Response Implementation
Experience with common SIEM tools and integrating ServiceNow SecOps with these tools (ex. Splunk, Qualys, Tenable etc.)
-Hands-on experience in Service Now Administration and Development Experience, Worked on UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Include, UI Actions, UI Page, UI Macro etc.
-Knowledge on ITSM Based Tool Service Now and Worked with Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management. Has Knowledge of Asset Management & CMDB.
-Created SLAs and participated in running SLAs and responsible for closing successfully.
-Extensive hands on Service Catalog Management across all catalog types like Record Producer, Catalog Items, Order Guides, Content Items also including areas like Variable Sets, Catalog UI Policies and Catalog Client Scripts.
