Experience- 5+ years in US Mortgage Underwriting

Team Lead on papers mandatory for minimum 1 year

Roles and Responsibilities/Expectations:

Residential Underwriting:

• The candidate must come from residential underwriting experience and background
• The candidate must come from end to end underwriting and should have review experience

(Pre-Underwriting and Post Underwriting will not be considered)

• The candidates must have exposure evaluating the documents with 4C criteria as mentioned below,
• income calculation
• credit reconciliation
• asset validation
• appraisal review
• The candidate must have good communication and should be flexible to work in night shifts
