Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal and written skills
• 8+ years of work experience in Image Editing / Photo Editing
• At least 3 + years of experience in the capacity of a TL / Supervisor
• Should have managed a team of 15 + FTEs
• Ability to work on automated solutions for QC in image editing
• Adapt latest tech/ new softwares to edit and reduce time and effort
• Ability to design presets for complex jobs across domains like real estate, portraits etc
• Ability to detail out process documents for editors and QA personnel
• Excellent understanding of current and future trends in Image editing and technology adoption
•  A tech-savy person who is not afraid to try out new technology/ latest solutions in the field of Image editing
• Flexible to work in the night shift
• Exposure on undertaking a Training need analysis
• Experience in mentoring & training the team on various image editing skills
• Project Management and Delivery Management
• Quality control
