Responsible for managing the Corporate Business Services horizontal as a Go-To Market Lead & Solution Architect
As a Senior Leader of Enterprise transformation within Wipros Digital Operations & Platform arm, you will be responsible to enable Sales and lead customer presentations focused on Technologies including: BPM Engine, Robotics Process Automation, Cognitive Intelligence, Analytics Engine & other Bpaas Platform
You will be responsible to end to end P&L management - revenue, operating margin & order book for your line of business
Maintain a strong pipeline by engaging with sales, pre sales and account teams across EOT solutions for your line of business
Engagement with client senior leadership focused on account mining and relationship building
Creation of a commercial construct for process transformation proposals and commercial negotiations with the customers leading up-to contract closure
Based on the roadmap anchoring the RFP response where required and supporting the detailed solution run-through
As Automation evolves into a strategic enabler convey to our customers the components of automation, Artificial intelligence ecosystem around RPA & AI (organization structure, governance model, RACI matrix, roles required, evaluation matrix for processes) and enable integration with BPM, platforms and other point solutions
Undertake process due-diligence and work as a trusted advisory to internal and external stakeholder on building an ecosystem of automation.
Building solutions with glide path across all technology levers
Evangelising solutions in F&A working with multiple functions within Wipros digital eco system and bringing them to life in demos and innovations labs
Evaluate new technologies for the domain expertise and work with alliance teams for on-boarding
As a P&L owner oversee delivery of accounts during delivery and be responsible party to bring guidance and customer connect

Qualifications

SKILLS
Hands on process understanding of P2P, Q2C, R2R and knowhow of Treasury functions
At least 4-5 years of delivery experience in F&A operations handling demonstrable productivity
leveraging technology transformation
Current experience in Transformation Pre Sales and Solution building leveraging Robotics, Cognitive, AI
and other new age technologies
Hold conversations with CXO / CXO -1 , lead solution defense and manage ambiguous client situations
Understanding of BPaaS, New Age disruptive technologies (Block-chain, IOT) and build applicability in
business processes
People management skills

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization
