Job Description

Roles/responsibilities:

  • Developing growth strategies and plans
  • building relationships with new and existing clients
  • Responsible for all Marketing, Advertising and PR activities for the region
  • promote the increasing acceptance and use of PTE, IELTS & CCL products
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Writing business proposals & negotiating with stakeholders
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
  • Collaboration with IT Developers after analysing marketing strategies and generating business

  • Effective stakeholder engagement- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Problem solving-The ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges.
  • Decision making-The ability to make decisions around things such as requirement prioritization, scope, assessing viability of solutions etc.
  • Listening & Communication Skills- The ability to communicate effectively and understand the business as well as client requirements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in IT or Marketing or any related field.

Experience:

  • Experience of working in an Agile & fast-changing business environment.
  • A minimum of 5- 7 years of experience in business development, stakeholder management, elicit business requirements, etc.
  • Practical experience building rapport with client communication and good negotiation skills
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
