Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Control Union in Navi Mumbai, India for a SENIOR ERP BUSINESS ANALYST.
As a Senior ERP Business Analyst you will be responsible to lead the development of Microsoft Dynamics AX applications and associated technologies across the organization. The candidate should be proactive and innovative in approach to developing system and process solutions to eliminate inefficiencies and duplication in the process.

Tasks and responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders to understand business solution requirements, conduct discovery and analysis, recommend systems solutions, and lead the implementation of solutions capable of supporting the business
- Perform due diligence and diagnostic assessment and optimization opportunities in MS Dynamics finance module
- Prepare blueprint, fit gap analysis, create requirement documents and specifications, perform system testing
- Develop, deploy, customize and integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Work with Plugins, Workflows, Business Process flows, Business Rules, Actions and Custom Workflow assemblies
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve system and business process problems by effectively engaging with key stakeholders, developing solutions in partnership, and delivering those solutions efficiently
- Champion optimal and best practices use of the ERP system
- Contribute to the development of the global ERP team, developing best practice standards and processes across the core functions
- Lead project activities by
- Documenting As Is and To Be processes
- Support data migration
- Develop UAT scenarios, and document test results
- Create training documents and deliver training to end users
- Adhere to established System Development Life Cycle Procedures when implementing system changes
- Develop reporting solutions utilising SSRS, Analytical Services, Power BI Atlas and other tools as required
- Liaise with 3rd party providers in the resolution of system issues, and in the development of business solutions
- Make documentation of the project, including Business Requirement Document, Function Design Document, User manuals, UAT test scripts, etc.
- Training of key users and end users
- Post implementation support
- Responsibility for supporting Maintenance Service Agreement
Dynamics 365 Implementation and Support:
- Collaborate with Product Management and Business Process Owners to analyses and design business requirements
- Translate business requirements into detailed User Stories and corresponding Acceptance Criteria
- Proactively document solutions, processes, designs and lessons learned
- Perform regression testing and retest identified defects as needed
Develop, execute, and verify test plans and scripts for functional testing based on User Story Acceptance Criteria
Requirements
- BTech /BE/MCA
- Minimum 7 years of experience of ERP/CRM implementation
- 5 + years experience in Dynamics 365/ Dynamics AX/Dynamics CRM
- At least 3-5 full life cycle Dynamics 365 implementations
- Should be well versed with configurations of Core Finance modules (submodules like AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Accounts reconciliation etc) and Finance & Operations modules in MS Dynamics
- Microsoft Certified Professional D365 in the respective area
- Experience of implementing ERP system for Accounting & Finance modules
- Working knowledge of Reporting Tools such as Power BI or Atlas
