Job Description:
SAP EC Success Factors Configuration and HR Core Processes Good to have - NA Detailed Job Description: An experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central application expert. The person has a good understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and HR core processes. The resource should handle the SF EC config according to requirements and report to the SF EC config lead. Work tasks SF EC config according to requirements Understand SF Employee Central requirements and fulfill these in the system. Verify SF Employee Central configuration per the approved solution design Problem solving and driving issues in SF EC config Good analytical skills Communicate status effectively in writing and verbally with internal and external stakeholders Competences SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central config Minimum of three years of experience from SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations. Good understanding of designing concepts, principles, and guidelines for SuccessFactors system implementations. Experience from large, global organizations. Excellent verbal communication and documentation capacity in English Adoptable to H&Ms methods, tools, and working environment. Excellent managing of deliverables, time management, communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Personal Competencies Adaptable to H&Ms methods and tools and working environment Strong working knowledge of office-related automation tools: PC, word processing, spreadsheet, etc. Straightforward and open-minded Flexible, yet structured Strong communication skills Strong team player as well as good ability to work individually Social competence, non-prestigious You like a high working pace and are not afraid to work extra when needed
