What is our requirement?

Role : Technical Support Engineer/IT System Engineer

Location : Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Experience : 2 to 6 years.

Salary Range: Between 1.5 LPA - 3 LPA + Half Yearly Increment.

Qualification Required : HSC/ Any Graduate. Hardware & Networking certification course will be added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing, installing and maintaining the communications, file sharing and general IT resources used by the organisation.
• Installing new software & hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations, etc.) and setting up user accounts, permissions and passwords.
• Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet, and installing antivirus protection, fixing network faults.
• Responsible for Network maintenance & provide technical support for people using the network
• Day to day admin and monitoring of network use.
• Planning future improvements, suggesting IT solutions to business problems.
• Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching.
• Must Have excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure.
• Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN's remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired.
• Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Must have hands on experience for minimum 2+ years for management of Corporate LAN & WAN setup.
• Must be excellent in Managing Complete IT Infrastructure of the company. Likewise, Internet, Telephones, PRI Lines, WiFi, Projectors, networking, routing and switching and other IT services.
• Should be well versed at organising, prioritising and multitasking.
• Able to explain technical problems in a simple terms
• A dedication to continually update knowledge.
• A clear understanding of the employer's particular systems.
• In depth knowledge of the four network types (LAN, WAN, MAN and GAN).
