We have opening For HRSS profile in Big Mnc in Bangalore Location.

Location - Bdc3, Bangalore.

Qualification - Only Graduate.

Job Role-

IT Sourcing- 1-year Only IT sourcing experience on tools, Linked In Job portals.(Good knowledge in IT Profile)

Agency Screening- 1 years experience in Recruitment.

Employee Referral Screening- 1 years experience in Recruitment

Auditors- 6 Months to 1 Years experience in Recruitment, Validation, Auditing.

IT Sourcing (Social Media) 2 years sourcing experience on tools, Link din, Job Portals, Social Media, nich IT hiring profile.

Skill Se t- Should be good in English Communication skill.

Good knowledge in Recruitment.

Need to team player.

Salary - For Less than 1 years CTC 18-21k + Other

For more Than 1 years experience CTC upto 26k + Others.

Notice Period - Immediate or max 7-10 days

Shift - General Shift Timing.

5 days working days and 2 days Rotational Week off

Company provide you Both side cab facility.

*** Only Bangalore to Bangalore location candidate can apply.

*** Should be having Valid documents in education and experience

*** Candidate need to be ok with WFH and WFO both .

Requirements

Sourcing / Screening / Scheduling / Interview Co-ordination / Recruitment Audits

Have to deal with candidates and also hiring managers.

Have to prepare daily reports.

Mon - Fri , Sat - Sun Fixed off. (Should be flexible for Saturday if urgent drive comes up)

Need to join Immediately.

Should be in Bangalore only.

Any Graduates Can apply, who want to secure a future in the recruitment industry.

Need to have passion for recruitment.

MBA graduates are preffered.

Graduation Year should not go beyond 2015.

Need to reside in Bangalore only.

Should be open to flexible timings and also to work on Sat-Sun (only if required).
