Job Description
Job SummaryAs a Technical Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the delivery of the development, project leadership, quality, and timely delivery of the project. Client based projects, client liaison, pre-sales, and cross-functional development will fall within the ambit of your responsibilities.
We are looking for Technical Project Manager/Delivery Leads for leading the successful delivery of technical projects, in a client consulting environment. The ideal candidate is a program/ project manager/delivery lead who has a proven track record of leading deployments of Enterprise Software Solutions in a client environment, with a passion for delivering real business value to customers. You will be responsible for managing the full systems development and project lifecycles from requirements gathering through coding, testing and implementation. You will work closely with clients and must demonstrate individual, functional and professional knowledge to ensure work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber.

Location: Mohali, Gurgaon, Pan India
Responsibilities:
Identify key business objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business proves and management consulting analysis.
Lead on and off shore Teams, planning, executing, and tracking multiple projects schedules and scope.
Manage scope of projects from inception to closure. Define, develop and manage implementation schedules and project budgets.
Identify and anticipate issues and risks. Be prepared to manage issues and risks that may arise and resolve issues that prevent project success.
Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kickoff and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks.
Ensure project consultants are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards.
Facilitate team meetings to communicate progress, status, issues, assignments and urgency.
Responsible for managing the business unit as a profit center.
Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost effective.
Requirements
Good Experience of Agile methodologies.
Strong understanding of Oops architecture and Data structure.
Extensive experience on any technology stack :- MEAN, Dot Net, Java
Project planning and progress monitoring, including budget control and milestone control.
Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situation with professionalism.
Become the Single point of contact for delivery and act as an advocate between the Service Delivery and the Customer.
Drive and coordinate crisis management.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
