Hiring Manager- Brand Marketing For a Leading Ecomm in Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities

• Business Understanding: Regular interfacing with Category Marketing, Product and Corp Affairs teams to align business objectives, consumer value proposition, customer journey, on platform and external communication
• Planning: Formulating a marketing plan for attaining the business objectives including but not limited to GTM strategy, TG identification, Media objectives, Channel selection, Media monies, Asset phasing & campaign KPIs
• Customer & Industry: Own the customer journey on & off the portal. Understand the customer need states, triggers, barriers, purchase intent, consideration & awareness. Decode deep customer insights that shape the value proposition. Map industry trends & track competition marketing campaigns & comms for benchmarking
• Creative: Brief & work with creative agencies to draw up a communication plan insight, value prop, RTBs, campaign idea & execution ideas. Evaluate ideas, copy & design. Drive asset production for both ATL & Digital campaigns. Evaluate asset quality and enable agency to churn out superior quality assets.
• Media: Brief & work with the media team to draw up a cross channel media plan with defined objectives, weights, audience, asset duration & evaluation metrics.
• Campaign management: Hold all threads of the campaign together right from Strategy (Business Case & Marketing Plan) to Ops (PR/PO/Payment) to Legal, Analytics, Research, Procurement, Internal Comms etc
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA from a Tier 1 & 2 B-School (2018-19 passout only apply)
• 1+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, executing multi-channel campaigns
• Demonstrate creativity and immersion in Brand and Marketing Communication
• Demonstrate a competent level of media understanding traditional and online, should be able to craft, evaluate and execute media plans
