We need a HR Officer/Executive Recruitments the details are:

 CTC 2.5-3 LPA

• Exp 2 yrs min in recruitment similar industry Banking/NBFC/MSME Loans/ MFI

• Base Location Chennai CO

• Travel Every month travel will be there across TN :-
• Recruitment
• Onboarding training
• Branch review
• Other as required

• MIS Preparation on xls for recruitment / attendance from branches / Exit data / etc.
• Collating monthly attendance
• Managing all HR related queries from branches
• Preferred someone who knows Tamil & Telugu
• English is a must
• Should be able to process offers & appointment letter & confirmation letters etc
• Good TAT in hiring volumes
• Candidate should be based out of Chennai having their own vehicle for travel
