Role:Technical Writer

Experience Required :5 to 9 years

Work Location: Pune

Job responsibilities

• Producing high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience.
• Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation.
• Excellent English writing skills for the purpose of explaining technical topics or concepts to diverse learning audiences.
• Select appropriate medium for message or audience, such as manuals or online videos.
• Standardize content across platforms and media.
• To understand and work with internal teams (Product and Engineering) on product and documentation requirements.
• Writing easy-to-understand product features basis of user stories via text, online help and developer guides.
• Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts received from the product teams and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
• Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation is essential.
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail and further liaison with Instructional and graphic designers for final module delivery.
• Creating and Curating content for the eLearning modules would be an added advantage.
• Prefer to come from product writing background
