Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Must have experience in day to day accounting.
  • Should have experience in Tally and other accounting related softwares.
  • Must have experience in GST, TDS and Income Tax filing
  • Must have knowledge of Income Tax, Company law.
  • Must have good knowledge of vendor invoice processing / claims processing.
  • Must be adept at handling and managing inter-company transactions.
  • Experience in maintaining Book of Accounts viz Cash Book, Ledger Book Journal, finalization of Balance sheets etc.
  • Experience in petty cash handling.
  • Reconciliation and physical verification of fixed assets and calculation of its depreciation value.
  • Preparation of Cheques and entry into accounting systems.
  • Review and process expense report and control business costing.
  • Should be able to handle the team of account, admin & billing executive
  • Must be knowledgeable of General administrative and office tasks with Back Office Support.
  • Support other administrative staff & billing team within the company as needed
  • Taking care of all administrative activities, expenses, & supervision of safety/security.
    Work closely with the top management
  • Support of, and actively participating, on running internal and external processes
  • Liaise with 3rd parties
  • Client Coordination, Coordination with bank

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: ~18 Years
  • Knowledge of Accounting, Billing & Administration
  • Competency in MS Office and Accounting softwares
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills & pleasant personality
  • Should have adequate communication skills and should be able to talk and understand
  • Fluent in English, Hindi
  • Should be well versed with Accounting skills, Administration Skills & Billing Skills
  • Service oriented
  • Pro active
  • Multi Thinking with Multi-tasking abilities
  • Keen eye for detail to ensure high accuracy
