We are looking for Manager / Senior Manager - US HEALTHCARE for the team performing full
lifecycle RCM for multi-speciality groups or individual providers from different specialities .

*Job Description / Responsibilities :
1. Very good understanding of the RCM Process
2. Strong experience with remote team management
3. Problem solving and proactive contribution
4. Out of the box thinking towards process improvement
5. Ongoing performance management and metrics collection and reporting
6. Analyze data to find innovative ways of meaningful performance metrics
7. Excellent spoken and written English
8. Management of AMs and other levels below
9. Manage all facets of professional billing revenue cycle processes ; Accounts Receivable / AR
Follow ups , Charge Posting , Payment Posting
10. Planning and managing the operations of the unit , and assure its success as a profit center
11. Developing the team to efficiently execute business operations and cater to projected
growth
12. Training the team and developing operating processes & systems , to deliver outstanding
customer services
13. Analyzing the workflow to improve process quality and enhance productivity
14. Contribute to the team, processes and quality standards
15. Developing the organizations policies to motivate & retain the manpower , manage the
funds flow and for general administration
#Desired Profile Of The Candidate :
1. Should have excellent understanding of US Medical Billing multi-specialities Processes and
End to End RCM Experience .
2. Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English .
3. Candidate should have handsome experience in managing the large teams .
4. Should be an excellent team player .
5. Good interpersonal and team handling skills .
