Job Description
The responsibilities include: -
Must have experience leading a large technology team in a dynamic, high-growth company with multiple, diverse offerings with specific focus on:
- Alignment: Communicate the mission.
- Built-in quality: Demonstrate quality by refusing to accept or ship low-quality work. Support investments in capacity planning for maintenance and reduction of technical debt.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of total experience in the software industry
- Experience with leading and managing agile commercial software development projects.
