We are currently hiring experienced candidates for Reference Data Management at Senior Analyst Designation for Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures efficient and timely request processing
- Daily interactions with data vendors
- Daily interaction with internal counterparties/stakeholders
- Solution-oriented dealing with customer requirements
- Responsible for price updates /price amendments processing and quality checks
- Supports projects and dependencies in the product reference data area
- Ensures process quality, ongoing process development
- Actively sharing of knowledge and best practices within the team
- Contribution to the process optimization, participating in process improvements and quality reviews
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Very Good written and spoken English skills
- Minimum 3 years of banking experience (Securities and Pricing reference data management)
- Good knowledge of Financial Markets, products and markets Definitions
- Preferably Subject Matter Expert on Client, Instruments and Pricing Reference Data.
- Good knowledge of MS Office application (with focus on Excel skills)
- Good analytical and technical skills, attention to detail
- Enthusiasm and good communication skills
- Good organization skills and ability to priorities workloads to meet tight deadlines
- Can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Customer orientation, very good collaboration with other team members, stakeholders, data providers and other business areas on the daily basis
- Knowledge of financial instruments (staff)
- Ability to deliver outstanding and creative solutions to difficult business related problems
- Passion and eagerness to obtain new knowledge as well as openness for challenge

BASIC CRITERIA:
- Experience - 3-5 years banking experience (Securities and Pricing reference data management)
- Good Communication verbal and written
- Good analytical and technical skills
- Should be ok with all the shifts ( 6:30 am to 3:30 pm, 2 pm to 11:30 pm, 7 pm to 4:30 am )
