Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for TAT adherence as per targets.
2. Responsible for Quality Closure for tickets .
4. Responsible for Identifying and Implementing new Process for improvement
5. Responsible for creating Backups for all respective systems and support activity.
7. Working closely with all IT project manager and other functions for all Quality related issues & improvements& customer grievance.
8. Responsible for Call Count reduction across handled process by taking appropriate actions on timely basis.
9. Ability to do Root cause analyses on Quality issues & getting same fixed permanently from development team & Project Managers.
10. Should Conduct Periodic check on the closed calls and tagging.
Skills & Competencies:
1. Ability to Change & implement the process closely working with IT project managers and stake holders.
2. excellent presentation & Communications Skills.
3. Passion for Quality improvement process. Excellent inter-personal skills.
Graduate / Post graduate (Engineer / MBA desirable)
Hands on knowledge on MS SQL
Validated accuracy of data to ensure database integrity.
Strong Exposure in writing Simple and Complex SQLs queries, PL/SQL Functions and Procedures, Sub Queries.
Proficient in tuning queries used in the application.
Generate SQL reports and spreadsheets.
Expert in Excel in terms of MIS for bulk data processing, such as Vlookup , pivot etc .
General insurance domain knowledge preferable .
Understanding of Insurance domain (preferably from GI Industry)
