Job Type: Permanent Hiring for the role of Team Lead Operations (International Voice process) Role : Team Lead Operations Experience :5 yrs + (On paper Team Lead)

Location :Vizag

• Looking for E commerce /Customer support Domain Experience Only
• 6 Days working
• Excellent Communication skills.

Minimum Eligibility:

• Minimum 2 Years working as Team Leader on Papers..
• Open for Rotational shift (includes night shift).
• 15 Days of Notice Period(30 days less only i will process)

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leader Should be specialized in managing Customer escalations.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.
• Should have Strong experience in Team Handling, Problem Solving.
• Should be great in Mentoring /Coaching roles.
• Responsible for managing the performance for the team of associates.
• Motivating associates through effective management and constructive feedback.
• Performance management & target Oriented.
• Analysis of reports including process dashboards, team performance reports, initiating appropriate action plans & initiate training.
• Coordinate with Support function for smooth operations delivery
• Attrition/Shrinkage Mgmt.
