We are currently looking out for a Team Leader for our IT and Non-IT Staffing division reporting to our Vice Presidemt- Operations .
What will you do @TalentStack
- Manage a team of 7 to 8 Recruiters
- Lead & inspire the team
- Keep the team motivated to over achieve targets
- Source talent through various available resources both traditional && Social
- Screen the sourced resumes to see if it matches to the clients needs
- Build talent pipeline && talent mapping
- Plan && execute the client deliverables.
- Own the client requirements and delight the customer with quality && timely delivery.
- Deliver on business && team targets and meet overall quality parameters.
- Responsible for managing the clientrequirements&& their expectations.
- Responsible for total teams' sourcing, screening and assessing profiles as per client requirements from various channels,
- mainly through references, Job boards and social media channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Guide && motivate the team to source profiles, screening them and engaging with the candidates.
- Should have an excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non- conventional channels of recruitment.
- Keep the team motivated for superior results.
- Use the recruiting process to drive the most effective and targeted recruiting strategies to impact business success, including
- guidance on job descriptions, levels, interview loops and candidate sourcing strategy.
- Active participation in the full cycle of recruitment efforts, including emphasis on the ability of assessment skills to help evaluating candidates and ensuring the highest bar. - Lead final assessment and selection process.
- Emphasis on continuous improvement, as such it is expected that you will spend time to ensure on-going education of hiring
- managers and interviews on recruitment best practice and interview skills training.
- This role will be required to manage a team (give strategic direction to the team and manage them)

- Someone who has at least 1 year of experience in managing a small team && has overall around 2+ years of experience in recruitment
- Must have a Bachelors Degree in any field
