Independently operate client systems and perform a range of insurance tasks and activities, following all the procedures and guidelines.
Create and update procedures to ensure the client requirements are clearly documented and properly approved.
Achieve team targets and reach individual production targets every day, while maintaining high standards of quality.
Interact with clients via emails regularly to provide status updates, and learn new workflows and systems, while responding promptly to client requests.
Abide by the information security policies to ensure work performed meets clients requirements.
Report to the supervisor in a timely manner if any processing problems/issues are found and take the initiative to find solutions.
