Job Title : HR Associate
Work Location :Delhi- Barakhamba
Experience :6 months to 4 Yrs experience
Job description:
- Sourcing resumes through different job portals
- Mass mailing the candidates through different portals & Non- sourcing.
- Screening the resumes & judging the candidate to meet the particular requirements.
- Maintaining & updating daily, weekly & Monthly Status report.
- Preparing candidates for interview & scheduling up the interviews.
- Keeping track of candidate for future references, after the candidate is selected negotiating with the candidate regarding the joining date salary & issuing offer letters.
- Constantly be in touch with the candidate until he/she joins.
- Maintaining a cordial relationship with the candidate even after the candidate joins the company.
- Maintaining resume Database, responsible for Joining formalities till Employee code generation.
NOTE:-Please note this will be Off role profile on third party.
