Interview Process: 3 internal tech rounds+ 1-2 Client Round
Office location: 6 months of remote working post which candidate has to relocate to Noida or Bangalore or Hyderabad.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primary responsibility to design and build reference implementation and train/mentor other teams.
- Must be well versed with technical design, non-functional requirements, design patterns, best practices, standards, CICD, and non-functional requirements.
- Must have solid testing best practices, CICD and able to train/coach others.
- Must be versed in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and have experience taking a project from inception through completion.
- Collaborates with project stakeholders to identify product and technical requirements.
- Designs, documents, tests and supports new microservices, supports applications under development, and customizes current applications.
- Assists with the software update process for existing applications, and roll-outs of software releases.
- Designing performant, secure, reliable, scalable microservices.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and strong experience of AGILE (Kanban/ SCRUM) Methodologies
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of exp in tech lead position, including mentoring and collaboration. Offshore experience a plus
- 5+ years of .Net experience. .Net Core experience a plus
- Proven ability to make a difference as a tech lead, influencing and shifting culture, responsible for the delivery/outcome from a technical perspective
- SOA or microservices
- Experience implementing NFRs: observability, security, reliability, scalability, availability, maintainability, extensibility
- Data modelling
- Production, customer-facing REST API design and implementation Some front-end development experience (full stack)
- Develop applications using .Net Framework along with cloud development experience with Azure (or AWS)
- Must understand development industry standards and practices.
- Must be able to demonstrate individual and team work effort in collaborative processes.
