Our client is hiring HR Recruiter for one our product based Organisation
Location : Hyderabad
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates from various job portals as per requirement.
- Screening candidates CV's and contact relevant candidates.
- Schedule interview, Send call letter and follow up with candidates to attend interview.
- Maintain trackers and MIS Reporting on Recruitment.
- Following up with selected candidates until on-boarding.
- Follow up or collect certificates, payslips and offer copy, verifying and validating credentials/ testimonials, and get employment application forms filled.
- Communicate to candidate at each level sending acknowledgement emails on receipt of email, selections, regret emails and next level communication emails.
Desired Candidates Profile:
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Should posses good negotiation skills.
- Should be able to work independently or in team.
