Roles and Responsibilities

• To ensure and achieve monthly sales targets by effective sales strategy and team management
• Respond to all enquiries, generating proposals, following-up on sales leads
• Provide support and direction to the enquiry team relating to team performance and development.
• Supervise staffing levels within the enquiry office ensuring the department runs smoothly and efficiently at all times.
• Training, coaching, and performance improvement responsibility of the team leader.
• Carry out special projects relating to the enquiry team and sales office and as required by theMeeting and Events Manager or Head of Sales and Marketing
• Understand and execute internal processes and policies in the team.
• Provide required information and the best advice to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Multitasking with ease to handle the needs of various representatives at the same time

Requirements :

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field may be advantageous.
• Experience in sales is necessary.
• Strong sales ability and business acumen.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Good strategic, planning, analytical, management,ns and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Salary: 25,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
