Dear candidate,We are hiring for the post of Relationship Managers & Fixed Income Dealer in Debt Market / Money Market for Thane Maharashtra location.

Our company is 10 years old leading & reputed investment advisor in debt market.

It is a job with very high incentives and bonus from the day of joining and on weekly, monthly and yearly basis.

* Industry: Banking and Financial services.

* Reports to: Director.

*Designation: Dealer.

*Experience : 0 to 2 yrs.

*Salary : More than 2,00,000 CTC.

*Location: Mumbai.

* Working days: Monday to Friday (2nd&4th Saturday off & Sunday off + All Bank Holiday Off)

* Working hours: 8.45 AM to 5 PM.

* Language proficiency needed: Marathi , Hindi & English

Qualification:

Should be a Graduate ( any discipline) Demonstrate competence in target marketing to specific prospects
Good influencing and negotiation skills.

Job description:

*The newly joined candidate will be assigned a particular area.
*Adequate training will be provided to the candidate before handling new clients.
*Candidate will be handling clients over the phone and will be dealing with them on regular basis in debt market.
*Execute and close deals in the debt and money market based on the requirements.
*Build and maintain relationship with clients and generate revenue.
*Execute online trades on behalf of the client, Monitoring their margin & risk.
*Identify active players in the industry and their interest.
*Keep track of the current market expectations in terms of rate directions, results expectation and sensitive announcements by the key market participants and regulators.
