We are hiring for International Voice Process

Job Title: Technical Support Associate
Job Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad

Criteria :
- Under Grad / Grad with minimum 12 months of International voice technical support experience. Inbound International Voice experience mandatory

- Immediate Joiners
- Should have ability to resolve International customer related issues and ensure to resolve the issues or queries over the call
- Research, diagnose, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues

- Candidate should be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts
- Ex- Employees are welcome, subject to eligibility

NO FRESHERS.Key Skills Required:
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Good Analytical and Interpretation skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with appropriate priority while performing customer service

- Should have basic troubleshooting and technical knowledge

Technical support experience is mandatory.

Transportation Facilities: Both ways.

Role: Associate/ Senior Associate- (Technical)

Shifts: 24/7 (Rotational)

5 days working.
