Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION
The primary function of this role is to support Visual Communication to develop world-class Visual Tools for our store team members. Manage execution of multiple Mock Store Images, Visual Merchandising Guides and special projects so that store team members can set the store accurately.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Be a single point of contact for your respective business and gain expertise on end to end business and strategy context
Deliver new tasks flawlessly with 100 % accuracy and timeliness
Understand upstream and downstream context of the business/process
Evaluates processes and make recommendations for improvement; strives for continuous improvement and elimination of non-value added workload
Effectively onboard, train and mentor new hires
Effectively manage global partnerships and deliver on Visual Merchandising Guides with accuracy
Use tools like SketchUp, InDesign and Photoshop to build out Visual Merchandising Guides
Follow operational hygiene (Project management practices, quality assurance, time tracker)
REPORTING/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Works closely with Visual Communication Partners, ISM, Space & Presentation and other Support Teams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Graduate : 3 to 5 yrs experience (Fashion and high end retailer experience (Lifestyle, Arvind, GAP, Forever 21, Adidas, Nike, Tommy Hilfiger, Home Center, Landmark)
Advanced knowledge in Adobe Suite (or similar) applications required
Excellent problem solving and project management experience
Excellent communicator ability to present to large groups of people, manage cross functional projects and strong organization skills
MUST HAVE
Have a retail background in any international brands or Arvind/Lifestyle equivalent
Who has experience in creating merchandising or styling dockets for the store or visual merchandising experience
Fashion education: NIFT/NID.etc
Aware of Adobe suite
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
