Primary targets is to acquire development officers, divisional mangers and big agents of four PSUs. They are central Govts senior officers having average experience of 20-25 years in GI industry.
To convince the existing high potential officers as well as retirees to join ICICI Lombard.
To ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines, control loss of business due to malpractice and adherence to compliance
Budgeting, Planning, Development & Implementation of all Agency Sales Strategies.
Regular performance reviews of Renewals sales teams & initiating changes where ever required.
Developing and implementing strategies to motivate and develop Agency teams across the nation.
