The Project Coordinator provides support in a variety of tasks related to project management and reporting under the direction of Project Managers and Program Managers. Responsibilities

  • Capture and record key notes/actions items from meetings/conference calls and follow up effectively with emails and phone calls
  • Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Support risk and issue tracking and maintenance
  • Monitor and maintain project plans, timelines, communicate the timelines to everyone in the team timely and track the progress against the timelines.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Review the CY Demand list and develop project strategies - you can propose the strategies to the project/program manager you are working with
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Ensure that each team member has the required tools they need to meet project milestones. Raise any impediments identified communicate the Risk immediately and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Support all aspects of Project Status Reporting Management Reporting
  • Maintain resource allocations and track time bookings for one or more projects
  • Support project managers with documentation and administrative activities, as needed
  • Collaborate with project managers on roll-out of roadmaps
  • Support, maintain, follow-up and update tools for SDLC
  • Support training, access and orientation for new team members - you can take care of this for your respective teams/portfolios. Work with the BAs, Developers and QA Team members and make sure there is a clear less dependent KT Plan KT Documentation for new joiners.
  • Build and maintain positive cross-team relationships

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate verbally with virtual teams on conference calls and to write clear, concise and complete written documentation
  • Good organizational skills, ability to move from one task to another efficiently
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and on more than one project at a time
  • Ability to work with teams located across multiple locations
  • Knowledge of system delivery methodologies - Waterfall, Agile, Kanban
  • Proficient with MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and Word
  • Minimum 7 to 1 years experience in Information Technology
  • Bachelor s degree in business management or related field
  • Good Listening Skills
  • Ability to multi-task
