Salary : Up to INR 30,000 take home + Monthly allowance + reimbursement
NOTE : We intend to hire only Bangalore based candidates who are immediate joiners. This is a temporary employment. Please restrict yourself from applying if you are looking for a permanent role.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1) Data Reporting & Analysis- Reporting of key metrics on a daily / timely basis, and analysis of data for insights and key findings. This would require candidate to learn internal Flipkart tools and extract, modify and simplify data in the given format
2) Knowledge of Excel (+Adobe Omniture, +PowerBI - not mandatory) - Creation of adhoc templates, pivot tables and macros (occasionally) to deliver the required views with utmost urgency
3) Merchandising Content Creation - As a member of the sell side, there would be a requirement for creating visual content, creatives, cards and in-app merchandising properties basis category allocations and asks. This would require candidate to know internal tools and systems and be able to create customer centric content, with right landing pages to show the customer the right products at the right time at the right place
4) Merchandising analysis - Ability to immediately analyze performance, debug and immediately modify content in line with category requirements
5) Offer Creation - Ability to configure multiple promotional offers in systems with utmost efficiency and accuracy
6) Financial Operations - Ability to accurately understand, collate and analyze key financial metrics and successfully enter them in internal systems
7) Working with Analytics - Ability to successfully work with analytics team to create new views and data structures that are not readily available
DESIRABLE SKILLS
Apart from this, the candidate should be a quick learner, a team player and willing to stretch in order to meet category objectives, during critical periods like Festive and winter events.
