Role BSM (Branch Sales Manager):
Job Description:
- Responsible for Sales of Bank's products & Manage Relationships for a Portfolio of customers (both Existing and NTB - New To Bank)
- Customer service - address walk in customers issues
- Cross Sell - Investment products like Mutual Fund, Insurance & Current account & Saving account
- Manage Operations like A/c opening, Fixed Deposit, Lockers, Forex etc.
- Deepening of existing Current account & saving account relationships and ensure retention of customers
- Generate referrals from internal database
- Generate and Review Reports. Handle filing
- Monitor cash levels, fraud control, etc.
- Cost Management and staff productivity
- Branch administration & ATM (onsite) management
- Branch Operations and Audit Compliance
Education:
- Minimum Full time Graduation is Mandatory (any stream)
