Qualification: Bachelor s degree (or its equivalent) in Business administration, Logistics, Information Management or related field. Consulting background is a strong asset.
Required Skillset:
Experience in SAP ERP support for global industries
Experience in SAP implementation projects
Experience in SAP system landscape management
Experience in FIORI setups
Experience in creation & maintenance of roles, as well as in analyse of authorization issue
Experience in integration with other systems, especially SAP BW, SAP ME as well as SAP cloud systems
Hands-on and customer focused mindset
The ideal candidate is SAP certified basis consultant
Know-how of IT support management in Service Now is beneficial
Technical skills and basic experiences in applications development and/or understanding of SAP enhancement mechanism (Userexits, BadIs, Enhancements) are beneficial
Responsibility:
Responsibility for the huge and technically ambitious system landscape, means OnPrem systems (S4/HANA, SolMan, SAP ME, SAP BW, cloud connector) as well as integrated Cloud systems (ByD, C4C, Cloud Platform, SAC)
Monitoring and improving the system performance, system health and security as member of the global IT organisation
Take over support requests from the countries live in the productive SAP ERP system
Monitoring of Interfaces, IDocs, Jobs
Supporting in SOAP and RFC connection as well as in ALE distribution setup
Basic FIORI setup and support
Analyze authorization issue (also within FIORI) and solve them via creating and maintaining of roles
Usermanagement
Creating technical design documents in collaboration with Solution Architects & Consultants
Works with users to test new functions and roles
Work closely with other in-house consultants in cross-module collaboration
Not needed: OS or DB KnowHow, as systems are hosted Key Skills: Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Very good interpersonal skills with excellent customer service and can do mentality
Process orientation and user satisfaction attitude
Experience working within a multi-cultural environment
