Job Description

1. Managing backend operations for tour and activity closed by sales team.
2. Managing Vendors & vendor bookings.
3. Managing Customers & Customer Bookings.
4. Booking Permits & Tickets as required.
5. Managing Customer Database in CRM / Excel.
6. Managing all Emailcommunicationrelated to bookings.
7. Managing Tour Departures.
8. Completing all the checklist given as per Task.
9. Doing vendorTie-ups& Vendor Registration whenever required.
10. Handing Over Required documents, Cash & Equipment to the Tour Leader for departure whenever required.
11. Managing Expense sheets of all Sales & submitting it time to time to Accounts & Admin Team.
12. Submitting all Data of Cash handover & Cash return to the Accounts & Admin Team on daily basis.
13. Filling up all the data entries required related to Leader Expertise as per events.
14. Payment or Refund follow ups from Clients & Resorts respectively.
15. Timely refund update to the accounts team as & when required.
16. Digital Media Management. (Social Media & Website)
17. AdministrationWork: DataEntries.
