- The candidate will be responsible for leading programs related to the development, deployment, management and on-going optimizations of public cloud-based software solution.
- Candidate will work closely with varying teams and roles in a highly collaborative environment ranging from Developers to Architects to Executive Leadership to drive delivery of programs.

Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver on global program initiatives
- Identify, develop and implement tools and metrices to drive project/program management success
- Organize activities and track project and release plans ensuring the program is versatile and capable to withstand changes in priorities
- Develop high-level technical understanding and appreciation of program goals and objectives to properly measure risk and gaps
- Partner closely with counterparts in Engineering, QA, Product management and Architecture
- Meet with stakeholders to ensure all requirements from a business perspective are aligned with program goals
- Develop and communicate strategy, plans, issues and risks effectively throughout the organization at varying levels
- Make strategic and tactical recommendations regarding program delivery to executive leadership
- Drive Global PMO best practices and improvements
- Drive on-going retrospective to foster continuous improvement
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business or related discipline or equivalent experience. PMP, PgMP, PMI or Agile/Scrum Master certification a plus.
- Hands on implementation of Cloud/SaaS projects or projects completed on cloud platforms like Google, AWS or Azure.
- Ability to understand basic software architecture concepts.
- Broad knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure, Tools and Automation
- Minimum of 4-8 years of program management experience in Cloud Infrastructure, SaaS and software development or equivalent technologies
- Strong understanding of project and program management best practices
- Strong understanding of software and infrastructure development life cycle, including cross-functional support activities
- Ability to influence across functional boundaries and across multiple organizational levels to drive results
- Prior experience working with geographically distributed teams and offshore partners
- Proven record of delivering projects and programs from initiation through implementation.
