Openings for an Assistant Manager/Team Leader/Supervisor - WFM(Capacity Planning & Scheduling) @Concentrix, Bangalore.
Role and Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high levels of quality and accuracy while managing capacity plans for single/multiple programs.
- Analysis of call trending and performance enhancement around various Key metrics of programs including shrinkage, AHT and other key WFM metrics.
- Coordinate with various departments and perform capacity planning activities.
- Work closely with Ops on Seat Reservations
- Prepare performance models and plan capacity effectively.
- Design and maintain all performance capacity reports and statistics for management.
- Analyse processes and identify process improvement.
- Ensure compliance to all guidelines and optimal utilization of all resources.
- Design and schedule all weekly production and ensure effective implementation of schedule.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environment
- Responsible for generating and scheduling the workforce.
- WFM Planning and Scheduling activities.
- Generate short and long-term staffing models and provide recommendations based on analysis.
- Run scheduling scenarios with all constraints like shrinkage, shift duration etc.

- Lead Cap Planning meeting with all stake holders
Desired Skills
- Contact Centre Workforce Management experience.
- Exposure to WFM metrics and WFM Tools like IEX & CMS AVAYA
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to interact with all levels of management & client representatives.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & Power point/Presentation skills
- Drive for self-learning and knowledge enhancement.
- Scheduling & Capacity Planning -hands on experience for at least 1.5 Years.
- Willingness to work in a 24*7 shift environment
- Ability to make decision in time sensitive ambiguous situations.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and project management skills.
