Software QA Team Lead @ Team Management

Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience in related disciplines

Experience Required: 10+ years of relevant experience in Software Engineering
Lead a team of QA Analysts and Release Analysts to include hiring, performance management, career development, etc
Build a quality driven engineering culture that helps ship products rapidly and with confidence.
Partner with the engineering teams to ensure quality for our releases, assess risks and ensure features ship with a high-quality bar.
Manages scheduled and unscheduled deployment, release and monitoring post deployment
Plan, develop and execute a test cases, test plans and test strategy
Partner with engineering and infrastructure teams to automate testing that prevents regressions and ensures reliability of releases
Troubleshoot and guide your team to solve issues found during testing
Lead process improvement initiatives to improve Engineering as a whole

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience in related disciplines
10+ years of experience in Software Engineering with 5+ years working with Java, Python or any other programming languages
2+ years people management experience
6 + years experience working as SDET or QA Engineer
3+ years experience with AWS
Experience working with MySQL and Linux
Excellence in developing automated testing
Excellence communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, QA terminology and processes
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with a range of stakeholders
