Job Description

Technical Helpdesk (remote desktop support)

JD for DL2

First Level support for all Desktop calls

Installation of Std. Wintel Desktop Operating Systems

Should be familiar with Desktop concept in an active directory environment.

Installation of Std. Non-Wintel Desktop Operating Systems

Email client configuration/Outlook

Configuration of printer drivers for local and network printers on the desktops

Install desktop OS, various applications

Configuration of mail clients and troubleshooting mail client related issues

troubleshoot and resolve desktop issues end users

Installation and Software Support on Office Automation software, Anti-virus software, Email Client (Outlook), IE, Chrome & other Business Critical Applications

Bit-Locker knowledge

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENT

Minimum 1years experience needed as Remote Desktop Support Engineer.
Good Communication Skill is needed.
Graduate is a must. From a Regular Institute.
Aggregate of 10 th , 12th & graduation Must be 50% or above.
Must be flexible to work in rotational shift.
Must be Flexible to work on Saturdays
