IT Helpdesk is the Face of Internal IT Support and is the First touchpoint through Calls from their global users (US, UK, Asia pacific countries who are English speaking). So the IT Helpdesk Engineer will have to troubleshoot IT related issues for end users via Phone and if required take a remote connection of Users machine and resolve.
At least 2 years of previous experience in Global IT Helpdesk supporting global users.
