Job Description
Responsibilities for store incharge includes taking orders from the management in office. Oversee and make sure receiving and dispatch processes are running efficiently.
- Responsible for a vital part of the supply chain process, you'll manage people, processes and systems in order to ensure goods are received and dispatched appropriately, and that respective targets are met.
- Maintain records of materials received/issue in computer and register on day to day basis. Giving Instruction to store workers in day to day activities. Supervising Labelling of materials as guided by the Admin in office, Coordination for dispatch of finished goods.
- Good communication and coordination skills required for supervising entire warehouse. Ensure health and safety procedures are followed while dealing with hazardous chemical products.
- Oversee receiving,warehousing, Dispatch and maintenance operations.
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization. Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
1. Handle store for Raw Materials & WIP
2. Issue material daily to the production dept. As per production plan
3. Maintain stock as per ERP software.
4. Order stock below min. level from suppliers as per production plan
5. Maintain Min. And Max. Level of stockJob Type: Full-time
