We are Hiring for Business Analyst 

Job Description (in brief):

Business Analyst (BA) understands the functional requirements of client for different modules. He/she documents the requirements, gets the sign off from the client, helps the technical teams to understand the requirements. He/she should be willing to travel at short notices. He/she owns the responsibility of implementation of the projects undertaken. He/she ensures that the projects assigned are delivered within the stipulated timeframe. He/she should be a team player and maintains good relationship with clients.

Key Duties & Responsibilities (in brief):

Understands the products of Incarnus (Arcus, Arcus Air, Arcus Live, etc)

Demonstrates different modules to clients and prospective clients

Collects requirements from different departments in the hospital

Documents the requirements as per the standard templates

Configuration of Application data as per the client requirement

Conducts demos, trainings, User Acceptance Tests

Participate in tender/RFP response preparation

Understand feedback from demos, document and feedback to product team

Support sales team with product branding materials and product demo videos etc.

Adheres to company processes and policies

Any Other Important Detail: (Key Skills)

Should be a graduate or post graduate in following Graduation in Physiotherapy, Dentist, Doctor, Nursing, MBA in hospital management

Should have 5-7 years of experience in Hospital IT or IT relation product

Sound knowledge in Hospital Workflows and Hospital information systems.

Should be able to understand the Hospital business across different geographies.

Strong in written and oral communication skills.

Should be able to adopt to companys processes

Should be able to manage team both off shore & onsite.

Must be ready for domestic and international travels at short notice.
