JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Indore

Reporting To: Project In charge

Roles and responsibilities

1. Handling customer booking process from booking to handing over

2. To ensure complete and comprehensive documentation of all customer related records as mentioned below:

KYC Document collection.

Preparing MOUs, Sale Agreements and reminder letters.

Timely dispatch of documents to each and every customer via SMS, email, Post.

Checking for Completeness and correctness of all documentation

3. To ensure adequate support to customers for assistance in bank loans, registration of property.

Guiding customers regarding document requirements from banks.

Coordinating with bank officials to get documents collected from customer.

Coordinating with banks for consent letter and demand note.

4. Monitoring/ follow-up for payments and collections. Follow set processes for generation of demands, reminders for the milestone raised. Handhold the customer through the post sales process till possession.

5. To deal with all queries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail and on time customer query/ complaint resolution

6. Responsible for MIS, monitoring all documentation, agreements and registrations.

7. Prepare & submit MIS to the management, with regards to customer complaints, queries & requests resolved/answered.

8. Coordinating with the accounts department for timely preparation and delivery of payment receipts to the customers.

9. Ensuring receipt of TDS challan from customers

10. Correspond with Internal and External entities and interdepartmental Coordination

11. Handling & counselling of cancellations, if any.

12. Timely escalation of cancellation cases ensuring customer retention, of issues/cases where management's approvals are required

13. Handling and counselling customers regarding interest charges on delayed payments

14. Facilitate handing over of the property ensuring

Completion of property in all aspects.

Property visit with customer and getting satisfaction letter signed by customer.

Coordinating for Sale deed registration of customer.

15. To lead and implement customer delight initiatives e.g. key handover ceremony.

16. Strategically conceptualize & identify opportunities to create and implement customer delight.

Educational Qualifications:

Must be Graduate, preferably from Commerce background

MBA preferred.

Proficiency in Hindi language

Intermediate level in English language

Computer Skills:

Must be well versed with use of MS Word, Excel and Power point.

Good at email communication

Knowledge of ERP would be an added advantage

Experience:

Should possess 5 years of work experience out of which 2 years must be in a same role.

CTC:

30,000-40,000
