The firm, which has seen 3x rise in annual revenue since inception, will launch new categories this year and continue to focus on online sales. Tough days should end in a comfortable bed, aims to provide.

Job Description:

• We are looking for a smart and active inbound voice support agents.
• Any undergraduates or graduates can apply for the job.
• Minimum 6 months of work experience in voice/ semi voice is mandatory.
• Candidates with excellent communication in English can apply for the job.
• Complete day shift (any 9 hr between 7am - 7pm).
• 6 days working with rotational off.
• Need immediate joiners

Job Role:

• Handle the inbound calls of the customer regarding to their queries.
• Handling the queries relate to refund, delivery, damage products or wrong products.
• Explain about the product with the customers.
• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Work Location: Koramangala

Salary: 16k -23K Take Home + Incentives 

Incentives will start from min 5K - 12K based on your performance.
