Job Description
Role Designation- Senior Consultant
Responsibilities- Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight., Lead small projects., Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives., Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
Technical and Professional Requirements- 1. Minimum 7 years of IT experience with 3+ years in presales activities.,2. Creating presentations, proposals, estimations, contracts, driving POCs for Dynamics 365 and ecosystem consulting, implementation, upgrade and enhancement projects.,3. Validate the solution approach, estimations and ensure alignment with business objectives of the prospects.,4. Traveling as required to US, Europe or any other market for client meetings and orals.,5. Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and surrounding ecosystem would be an added advantage.,6. Ability to talk and understand technology while being able to articulate business objectives and/or challenges of the prospects.,7. Ability to coordinate with delivery teams, marketing team and business enablement team within Infosys.,8. Experience in working with ISVs/System Integrators/Vendor partners and Client Businesses.,9. Drive creation of marketing content such as White papers/Blogs/Campaign Messages/Webinars etc. This could be done individually or taking help from SMEs or Technical team, depending on the subject area.,10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.,11. Talent for effectively interacting with individuals at CXO/CXO-1 levels of the organization.,12. Location of posting is driven by business requirements.
